Are you eager to kick-start your career in finance? FlaktGroup UK is looking for a motivated

Finance Apprentice

to support our key business functions within the finance department at our Hereford office.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Finance Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in a range of financial processes, including:

Processing daily banking transactions in Dynamics, ensuring customer payments are correctly allocated to sales invoices. Matching intercompany invoices against purchase orders, obtaining necessary authorisations, resolving queries, and uploading invoices to Dynamics. Reconciling intercompany invoices with statements to finalise monthly netting payments. Raising sales invoices and ensuring timely distribution to customers. Supporting new maintenance contract setups and assisting with customer queries. Helping the credit control team follow up on outstanding sales invoices.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone with:

GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades 9-4 preferred). Previous office experience (beneficial but not essential). Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team. Confidence in handling tasks and engaging with colleagues. Solid IT knowledge and proficiency in common applications.
