What we're looking for
We're looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and ambitious individuals to become part of our team. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams and adapt to change. We encourage a mindset of continuous improvement—both for yourself and the business.
To be eligible, you should either be working towards or already hold at least three GCSEs at grade C (4) or above, including Maths, English, and a Science subject.

The first period of your training will be spent working with us to introduce you to our business and plant areas. Following this you will work closely with both British Steel and our external training provider to develop your business knowledge, practical and personal skills. Your apprenticeship will be in based within our Finance department, working alongside our current employees to build your personal skills and knowledge.
