At Kellogg College, our Finance Office plays a vital role in supporting the College community, enabling academic, operational and student activity through effective and responsible financial management. We're looking for a friendly, collaborative and team-oriented Finance Assistant to join the Finance Office, working as part of a supportive and professional team. The role

As a key member of the Accounts Payable process, you will:
Process and record financial transactions Maintain financial records and update systems, checking for errors and omissions Respond to queries in a timely manner, escalating where appropriate Support continuous improvement by identifying operation inefficiencies or issues, and communicating these to senior colleagues Check payments documents in line with Financial Regulations, policies and processes and any other requirements as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Good IT Skills, with the ability to learn quickly The ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
