MST have an opportunity for a talented individual to join the head office finance team in Birtley, a keen team player, the successful candidate will be required to work in an environment that is geared towards providing reliable financial outcomes to support the business
Job Purpose:
Become an integral part of the team providing an accurate and reliable finance function for the business.
Person Specification:
A positive, enthusiastic 'can do' attitude and a down to earth approachable manner
Prior experience with sage 200 would be an advantage
Strong attention to detail, taking pride in the finance team's outcomes
Principal Accountabilities:
Processing of purchase invoices (stock & non stock)
Processing expenses claims
Processing credit card transactions
Reconciling supplier statements
Preparation of payment runs
Processing sales invoices
Assisting staff and external clients with invoicing queries
Answering finance phone line
Responding to accounts team email
Ad hoc Admin duties for sales department
Preperation of incoming and outgoing mail
Hours of work:
Depending on the individual the role is 25 hours spread over 3 to 5 days
26,000.00-29,000.00 per year (Pro rata)
