We're now looking for a Finance Assistant / Apprentice to join our expanding team and grow with us as we continue to build the next chapter of our story.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in finance and accounting, or looking to develop their skills and further their career. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports. Help maintain accurate financial records across the group's growing portfolio of holiday businesses. Process supplier invoices, staff expenses, and payment runs efficiently and accurately. Support VAT returns and statutory reporting under supervision. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve finance-related queries. Contribute to finance projects related to new acquisitions and system improvements.

About You

We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in finance.

Training & Development

We would like to invest in the right person's professional growth.

Full funding and study support for AAT qualifications. Progression opportunities to further professional training -- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA -- once AAT is completed. Dedicated mentorship and exposure to all aspects of finance across a growing business. Opportunity to develop within a fast-expanding group with ongoing acquisitions and new ventures.
