Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Covering a diverse range and hugely interesting, range of responsibilities including reconciling credit cards daily and investigating differences
Managing our gift vouchers and their respective reconciliations
Processing cash books daily
Processing Travel agent Commissions
Managing our members and assisting our membership team with queries
Assisting in the accounts receivables for both Gleneagles and Townhouse
Monitoring all of our procedures, ensuring adherence to these, reporting any control failures and unresolved reconciliation items to our Finance Manager
Building great working relationship with all departments across the estate
Supporting the Purchase Ledger team with processing invoices and statement reconciliation; assisting your team in managing filing and storage of records
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
