Job Summary:

We have a fresh opportunity for a Finance Assistant to help control the day-to-day financial operations. The role is ideal for a candidate with some experience working within a finance team, although full training will be given. The role will include

Chasing outstanding debtors Bank reconciliations Raising client invoices Managing supplier invoices and payments Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulation standards Learn payroll and monitor cash flow

The successful applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should ideally have:

A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent experience in accounting and finance

A knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial planning effectively

Experienced in accounting software (Sage preferably) and excel

Analytical skills with a detailed approach

HR experiences would be an advantage but not necessary

What we provide

A competitive salary 25,000 to 30,000 depending on experience
