Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations. This includes managing key accounting processes, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring that systems and controls are operating effectively. You will also collaborate with internal teams across the UK and internationally.
Work Responsibilities
Carry out credit control activities, including following up on overdue accounts
Accurately record and allocate incoming cash receipts
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure transactions are correctly posted
Raise and send customer invoices in a timely manner
Perform regular data transfers between systems
Assist with month-end processes and reporting
Provide support with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required
Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records

Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)
