Finance Assistant
We are working with a construction company based in Greater Belfast to recruit for a Finance Assistant to be part of their finance team.
This position is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills in finance and gain hands on experience within a supportive environment.
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
Providing support to the Finance Manager in daily finance operations
Preparing and submitting CIS, RCT, and VAT returns
Managing invoice processing, reconciliations, and weekly payment runs
Maintaining supplier accounts, including set up and query resolution
Assisting with month end tasks such as posting accruals and preparing report
What you will need to have for the Finance Assistant role:
Previous experience as a Finance Assistant
Experience of invoicing and credit control
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Proficient in MS Office to include Excel
