Finance Assistant

Following an internal promotion, we are hiring for a Finance Assistant who will work in the Finance Department reporting into the Accountant. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for providing support in all areas of management and financial reporting with an emphasis on the production of aspects of the monthly management accounts.
This will include timely and accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and being a key support in the month-end close process. The Finance Assistant is also responsible for the delivery of Software Licencing to customers.
The role requires strong attention to detail, organisation skills and time-management, along with the ability to communicate well with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. The role holder will work closely with colleagues who are based globally as well as locally. Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
The Finance Assistant will have:

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 1 year experience working in a Finance function
• Multi-currency experience
• Experience of using a variety of data sources & IT systems
• Experience of working with customers
