Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive

Finance Assistant

to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with previous finance or administrative experience who is looking to develop further within a busy and supportive environment.

Role Responsibilities



Processing purchase and sales invoices Managing supplier statements and payment runs Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance Assisting with credit control Supporting month-end reporting and journal entries Maintaining accurate financial records Handling finance queries professionally

Requirements



Previous experience in a finance or administrative role Strong numeracy and accuracy skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance software Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Good communication skills across all levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team
