We are currently seeking a keen, self-motivated colleague to join our high performing and friendly team.
You will be primarily responsible for supporting our Finance function.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, who is happy to accommodate a flexible workload. A positive attitude and sense of humour are essential to this role, along with an appetite and willingness to learn.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Daily
Invoicing for each of the four brands
Update cashflow (in alignment with the CRM)
Pay suppliers
Update Xero
Bank reconciliation
Month end reporting
Management KPI reporting
Expense claims
Release deferred income to Xero
Quarterly
Prepare VAT return/HMRC upload
Annually
Support preparation of year end draft accounts
Preparation of company social value reporting
Preparation of company carbon footprint data
Assist Finance manager with the annual budgeting process
Ongoing
Contributing to continuous process improvement

We are looking to recruit somebody on a part-time basis, hours and work location are flexible however you will need to be able to attend our Cambridge office two days per week.
