Job Description

Job Duties



Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices

Review accounts receivable reports and identify overdue accounts

Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and payment commitments

Report any billing discrepancies or disputes to Finance Manager

Escalate long-overdue accounts to Finance Manager

Assist in generating and distributing monthly account statements

Bank Reconcilitation

Processing invoices

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our finance department with a focus on client account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer accounts, identifying outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collection of payments. This role is essential to maintaining healthy cash flow and positive client relationships.

Qualifications



A background in finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is essential. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Work Location: In person
