Ready to play a key role behind the scenes at one of the UK's most iconic venues? Aramark UK is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team at Principality Stadium - home to unforgettable matchdays, world-class concerts and major events.
This is your chance to support the financial operations of a flagship stadium contract, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in everything from reporting to compliance. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager and operational teams to keep every event running smoothly.
Your day:

• Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations and reporting
• Support month-end processes and ensure accurate data entry
• Maintain compliance with contractual and financial frameworks
• Work closely with the Finance Manager and operational teams to provide timely information
• Help implement new systems and processes for a high-profile venue
• Respond to queries and provide excellent internal customer service

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• Experience in hospitality or events (desirable but not essential)
