Purpose of the job
Within the position of Finance assistant, you'll be responsible for the following:
Key accountabilities
Accurate and timely entries of all purchase and expense invoices
Preparing AR aging report and credit control tasks
Preparing daily Cash flow and posting Cash receipts
Posting invoices and expense into SAP
Preparing weekly AP payment run
Fixed Asset Management, including recording, monitoring and reporting.
Preparing monthly Risk Management Report
Support the finance team with various Account reconciliations.
Assisting Finance Manager and Finance Supervisor
Key Liaisons
Provide full support and training of Finance issue to all staff as required in subsidiaries
Control and supervise the Finance activities of an entire company for all
subsidiaries

Profile
We're looking for a candidate that is
Fluent in English both oral and written
Strong MS Excel skills
Knowledge of Accounting & Finance principle
Good organisational skills, creative thinking and excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent numeracy and financial awareness and above average excel skills
Experienced in ERP package of SAP implementation
Experience in Accounting & Finance field
