Overview

We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our fast paced, dynamic business based in Chippenham. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this integral role will support the financial operations and assist with various finance tasks.

As a Finance Assistant, duties will cover a wide range of finance exposure as part of a small friendly team.

the prescription of medications such as Wegovy and Mounjaro with accompanying 360-degree

health support. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their weight management goals through a high-quality, medically-led service.

We are undergoing rapid growth and consequently need to build our internal finance capability to better service the business.

The role will include:

Day to day purchase ledger, accurately processing all purchase invoices Preparing supplier payments and reconciling supplier statements Preparing daily cash position Reconciling bank accounts Posting month end journals Assisting the Financial controller with weekly/monthly reporting and balance sheet reconciliations Taking on ad hoc projects and evolving tasks that support finance and the wider business

About you

Strong eye for detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills IT and Excel proficient; previous experience of Xero an advantage although training will be provided. Have a minimum of 24 months experience within a similar role AAT Level 4 qualified (there is the opportunity to work towards ACCA/CIMA qualifications). Be proactive and highly motivated, with the ability to organise and manage your time independently Be a confident communicator explaining financial matters in accessible terms
Full-time, Permanent, Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 pa
