Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Finance Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the Finance Director. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department and ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities within the organization.
The successful candidate will be hardworking with a passion for delivering the best solutions, looking to work in a small, experienced team.
Duties:
Process and code purchase invoices
Process expense claims and credit cards
Liaising with staff, suppliers and other stakeholders as necessary
Dealing with Payment queries
Dealing with Payroll
Bank reconciliations
Admin Duties
Experience:
Minimum 1 years experience of accounting/bookkeeping
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
VAT experience
Solid experience with purchase ledger - nominal codes, VAT and posting invoices is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
