We are FBC UK, Fox's Burton's Companies! ......And we bake the UK's most incredible biscuits (we might be slightly biased, but we will leave that for you to judge). FBC UK was a match made in heaven, with two of the top UK biscuits manufacturers (Burton's Biscuits and Fox's Biscuits) coming together to create one unique, integrated company. We bake our incredible biscuits at eight bakeries across the UK, located at Isle of Arran, Livingston, Blackpool, Llantarnam, Edinburgh, Kirkham, Batley & Dorset and our HQ in St Albans. About the Role

To carry out administrative tasks for the factory finance team across the Scottish Sites

Main Responsibilities

Daily production data input into Company MIS Weekly Summary / KPI Report Maintaining Petty Cash, Banking Maintaining shop records and postings Creating and processing Purchase Orders Posting Journals on SAP HANA S4 Bill of Material creation/Adjustments Any other task as required

Who we are looking for

AAT Level 2 or equivalent or qualified by experience Experience of SAP HANA S4 is an advantage but not a requirement. Experience in a Finance environment essential Excellent Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot tables etc.) Ability to input data quickly and accurately. Reliable and trustworthy as will be dealing with cash. Good interpersonal skills Team player Attention To Detail
