To further strengthen and expand our market position, we are looking to hire a finance assistant who is passionate about pursuing these goals together with us. You will be part of a small newly formed team shaping the structure of the UK business building the foundations for our future success.

Finance Assistant



Your tasks:



Processing of supplier invoices for stock and company expenses

Management of purchase ledger including payment of supplier invoices

Control and processing of open item lists and reconciliation of debtor and creditor accounts

Matching customer payments from online marketplaces

Credit control

Assisting other departments with the reconciliation and analysis of supplier invoices

Support in the preparation of evaluations and reports for planning and control purposes, including reports to the parent company

Supporting all accounting and finance activities in the business

Your Profile:



Accountancy experience of 3+ years in similar role

Very good understanding of accounting principles and procedures

Confident user of IT systems and MS Office programs, especially Excel

Great attention to detail working with a high level of level of accuracy and care

Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working

Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
