Behind every exceptional luxury experience is robust financial control and accuracy. We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support the hotel's financial operations, ensuring precise reporting, compliance and collaboration across our departments.
The Person:

  • Detail-driven with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability
  • Organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Proactive, professional and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
  • Support the hotel's financial integrity and compliance standards
  • Ensure accurate processing of revenue, invoices and transactions
  • Act as a key finance link between hotel operations and regional finance
  • Contribute to timely month-end close and reporting
  • Provide financial support to hotel leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily revenue, banking and financial reports
  • Process purchase invoices and resolve supplier queries
  • Support stock counts, inventory accuracy and cost control
  • Prepare journals and reports to support month-end close
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, procedures and policies.
