Finance Assistant (entry Level) | Hybrid Working
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior/ entry level finance professional to join a superb business in central Guildford, on an initial 12 month fixed-term basis.
You will be offered an excellent and varied accounting role, whereby you will be working alongside a team of talented finance professionals.
There is no need for previous finance experience in this role but a passion for accounting is a must!
The ideal candidate for this role would be a graduate or an early stage AAT studier, looking to take your first steps in the finance world. Though this is initially a 12 month fixed-term contract, it may be extended or made permanent for the perfect candidate.
Key duties will include...
- Processing invoices
- Logging incoming cheques
- Bank Reconciliations on a monthly/ daily basis
- Expenses
- Have a good academic background and be a quick learner
- Have a passion/ drive for finance and accountancy
- Be a finance/accounting graduate or an AAT studier (highly desirable)
- Be available to start a new role in under four weeks
- A varied accounting role, where you can learn lots of new things
