We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join Brusco, an accreditate Great Place to Work. This varied position is ideal for an administrator with some transactional Finance experience who is looking for a career development opportunity. AAT study support is available.

What You'll Be Doing



Posting supplier invoices and ensuring they correspond to purchase orders Verifying supplier invoice costings against purchase orders Resolving any queries and discrepancies Converting sales orders to sales invoices Maintaining supplier records Preparing reports for goods received but not invoiced Obtaining outstanding invoices or statements from suppliers Providing cover and support for the Credit Controller Assisting the Finance team with varied admin tasks as needed

What You'll Bring



Some relevant experience in a Finance team. A desire to grow including gaining a professional accounting qualification such as AAT. Attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately at pace. IT literacy including Excel and Sage. Problem-solving skills. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise to meet deadlines. A collaborative and inclusive working style. The drive to make a positive impact.

Salary:

26K - 28K gross per annum (depending on skills and experience)

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location:

Brusco Head Office in Offenham, Evesham with up to 2 days homeworking per week after initial training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
