We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our finance team. The role will primarily involve working closely with our Service and Repair departments, supporting invoicing and day-to-day finance activities. You will also provide financial support to other areas of the business as required, making this a varied and hands-on role. Key Responsibilities
Raising and processing invoices for service and repair works
Liaising with Service and Repair teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
Liaise with suppliers and clients regarding billing queries
Handling queries related to invoices, costs, and financial data
Assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks
Supporting month-end processes and general finance administration
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Providing ad hoc financial support to other departments across the business
Experience
Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Confident communicating with colleagues across different departments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
