Key Responsibilities
Processing and reconciling invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments in both English and German
Handling queries related to accounts payable
Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

What We're Looking For
Fluency in German and English
(both written and spoken) is essential
Prior experience in
Accounts Payable, Receivables
, or a
customer service/administrative
role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Confidence working with numbers and financial data
