COMPANY BACKGROUND: We are a family owned business selling welding supplies in the UK and now exporting globally. We have been in business for over thirty years and have seven employees working for the company in Tollcross.
We are looking for someone to cover maternity leave. Initially this would be a temporary position for 11/12 months, however the company is expanding and there is a possibility that the right candidate may be offered a permanent position at the end of the temporary contract.
The role is Monday to Friday working 9 to 5 and would involve running the day to day finances of the business as well as some general administrative work. An initial handover period with current Finance Assistant would be given. The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors.
Experience required in the following areas;
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
CREDIT CONTROL
CASH AND BANKING
VAT RETURNS
AN AAT QUALIFICATION WOULD BE PREFERABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.

Pay: 22,000.00-29,000.00 per year
