Responsibilities
Process high volumes of supplier invoices for tyre and automotive product purchases
Match purchase orders and delivery notes to invoices, ensuring accurate records
Reconcile supplier statements and investigate invoice discrepancies or delivery issues
Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding account queries.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain financial databases.
Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills
