Plus, enjoy the benefits of hybrid working and flexible working hours as we welcome you to our team.We\'re ready to recruit you ASAP!What you\'ll do:Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end financial activities for the University of Greenwich contract, providing essential reporting to Finance Manager & Senior Managers.Efficiently handle administrative tasks, maintaining impeccable organisation.Contribute to Sodexo Month End processes, including accruals, invoices, and credit notes.Handle UDC Payroll/Kronos duties, ensuring precise payroll processing and support for UK sites.Maintain PPM Contracts, including contract validation and invoice processing.Offer day-to-day business support, addressing administrative queries and requests.Streamline purchase order processes, ensuring efficient cash flow.Collaborate with Sodexo Accounts payable to address supplier invoice issues.Monitor costs on the profit and loss statement.Liaise with Account Managers & Commercial Finance Manager to enhance contract & team performance.Highlight any potential issues or risks affecting contract delivery.
