As the business continues to expand across live music, festivals, and branded entertainment, we're looking for a temporary Finance Assistant to join our Brighton-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in accounts payable or finance administration who's detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about the music industry.
Responsibilities:
Process and code invoices accurately and efficiently
Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
Support bank and petty cash reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting
Ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years'+ experience in an accounts payable or finance assistant role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident user of Excel and finance systems (QuickBooks experience a bonus)
Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
Genuine passion for live music and the creative industries
