You'll be joining our

Highways

team, as the UK's number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?




Enter GRN's for Materials into Causeway Project Accounting (CPA) Enter Plant Deployments for Internal & External Plant into CPA Register & Match Invoices for Materials, Internal & External Plant into CPA Prepare CPA Cost Transfers Journals Run Matched & Unmatched Invoice Reports Daily Review Aged GRN Accruals Monthly and delete ones not required Analyse Monthly Fleet Reports and provide information to Senior Accountant & Operations Manager Provide cover for other members of the Finance Team as required Other ad-hoc responsibilities and analysis

What you'll bring




Strong Financial Skills with relevant accounting experience Strong IT Skills including proficiency in MS Office (pivot tables, lookup's, sum if's) Knowledge and experience of working in a Highway Maintenance or Construction Industry environment Knowledge and experience of 'Causeway Project Accounting' (CPA), Oracle essential Good interpersonal Skills across all levels Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales & deadlines
