The main responsibilities of this role are:
All aspects of purchase ledger
+ Invoice processing
+ Supplier reconciliations
+ Following up on Invoice Queries
+ Day-to-day management of online hotel procurement system for Food, Drink Other supplies Monitoring Central email inbox
General administrative duties
Credit Control
Ad hoc support as required
Attention to detail is key in this role, as there is a high volume of information to be processed to strict deadlines.
