We are looking for Finance Assistance to work alongside & support our finance and administration team and will have the opportunity in progressing within our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience Required.
Minimum of 3 GCSEs grade A - C, including Math's and English, AAT level 2, Computer literate, Good IT skills, Intermediate and above level in excel and Microsoft office 365, Xero Accounting.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Use of Xero accounting software
Purchase ledger
Raising quotes & purchase orders
Reconciling to suppliers' statements
Reports
Credit Control
Scoro CRM - (training provided)
Manage and reconcile accounts
Prepare monthly management accounts
Maintain financial records and filing systems
Provide support to the finance & administration team
The position is a part-time permanent position 16.5 hours per week 10.30am -4.00pm days available Monday, Thursday & Friday
