Purpose of Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Finance Assistant to support the Lincolnshire County Council Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract.
This position plays a key part in ensuring financial and administrative processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant. The successful candidate will have held a similar finance/data entry focused position previously.
Responsibilities
Process subcontractor payments and validate invoices for approval.
Raise purchase orders and manage goods and service requisitions.
Order and track cleaning consumables and operational materials.
Record and process mileage claims, expenses, and overtime data.
Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
Carry out high-volume data entry with precision and consistency.
Use systems such as Concerto (CAFM) and Coins/SAP (finance system) for data management and reporting.
Support the wider contract team with reconciliations and financial reporting.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Comfortable with data entry and managing multiple priorities.
Confident using Microsoft Excel (Data Entry; training would be provided for VLOOKUP/pivots).
Familiarity with Concerto or Coins/SAP systems (advantageous).
Team-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
