We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Duties
Assist with the following list of non exhaustive duties over two companies in the group.
Supplier Reconcilations
Reconciliation queries
Setting up new suppliers in SAGE
Entering invoice to Paperless
Completing time sheet spreadsheet for entry to Sage
Completion of Credit card spreadsheet for entry to Sage
Assist with Creditor and debtors
Credit control Aztec
Recording Sales retentions
Assisting with CVR cross checking
Scanning and recording timesheets for Subcontractors for entry to Paperless
Experience
Previous experience in a junior finance or accounting role is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is rewquired.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are a must.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
