Reporting initially into the Senior Management Accountant and working with the Senior Finance Assistant as part of our fast-growing finance team with excellent career development opportunities.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with processing/reviewing of company credit cards and expense claims & payment runs
Work closely with team members to ensure purchase invoices are uploaded for processing in a timely manner
Help ensure all financial transactions recorded are compliant with financial policies and procedures, highlighting any breaches to senior team
Assist the Senior Management Accountant to produce weekly payment runs
Assist the Senior Management Accountant with the intercompany billing and transfers
Assist with keeping the Fixed Asset Register & reconcile to IT department register
Assisting with day to day management of accounts payable email inboxes
Support on Financial audits
Use problem solving skills to ensure the resolution of any system or reporting challenges
To produce and analyse reports to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
Be on hand to assist staff across the business with Paprika and process/policy queries
Undertaking ad hoc projects from senior finance team members
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant who has up to one year's relevant experience
Experience working with Paprika accounting software or similar finance software
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Efficient time management and organisational skills
