Finance Assistant
to join our friendly Finance Team in Lutterworth.
About the Role
As our Finance Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the Finance Manager and wider business by ensuring the accurate processing of financial information. Your work will help provide the organisation with reliable data for sound economic decision-making.
Daily tasks will include processing invoices, handling cash transactions, liaising with customers via email and phone, and maintaining accurate internal records. You will also help to promote the Elmhurst brand, contributing to our vision to remain the leading independent provider of building energy rating and assessment expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Main Finance Duties:
Processing, sending and storing sales invoices and credit notes using internal systems
Preparing and posting cash receipts and allocations
Handling customer and internal queries in a polite, professional manner
Updating internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Processing purchase invoices for authorisation
Processing credit card and cash expense claims
Supporting wider finance team collaboration and communication
