We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our growing team at at Compleo Health -- a leading provider of diagnostic imaging solutions for the NHS and independent healthcare sectors. In this essential role, you'll work closely with the CFO and collaborate with teams across the company, supporting both routine financial operations and dynamic ad hoc projects. What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and payments
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Support VAT reporting and reconciliations
Assist with monthly financial statement preparations
Handle travel expenses and staff reimbursement processing
Collaborate with team members and provide general administrative finance support
Contribute to smooth office operations and take on ad hoc finance tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar finance role
Studying for AAT or something similar
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Organised, dependable, and confident juggling multiple priorities
Proactive, positive team player with excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills, especially with Excel and Microsoft Office suite
