Role and Responsibilities:



In this role, you will be integral to maintaining the health, accuracy and efficiency of our finance operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Credit control: chasing overdue amounts, managing affiliate payments, maintaining trackers of outstanding debtors. Reconciling the ledger in Xero: posting and matching transactions, ensuring that transactions are allocated to the correct accounts in the ledger. Managing the finance inbox: responding to internal/external queries and escalating issues. Cash reporting: tracking cash flows, forecasting short-term cash positions, supporting decision-making. Partner reconciliations: matching paid merchant transactions to the correct partner to allow for accurate payments to our partners. Balance sheet reconciliations: reviewing accounts, identifying discrepancies, ensuring accurate month-end positions. Payment preparation: setting up payment run templates for the weekly payment run. Billing preparation: assisting with issuing merchant invoices, verifying billing data, supporting monthly billing cycles. Collaborating across departments: supporting non-finance functions with revenue, billing or partner-related queries, ensuring data is accurate and useful.

What You Will Bring to the Role



At least

1 year's experience

in a similar finance/credit control/receivables role. Experience working with spreadsheets and comfortable handling data. Experience using accounting systems (Xero experience desirable). Proven ability to communicate with both finance and non-finance colleagues, being able to discuss financial matters clearly. Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks. Excellent attention to detail. Experience working with multiple currencies or global partners (desirable). A positive, proactive mindset: you'll spot issues, flag them, and help drive improvements rather than only reacting to problems.
