Tian Tian Market is currently looking for an experienced Finance Assistant. The successful candidate will have a finance qualification and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. The candidate must be able to speak and read Mandarin. This is a fast-paced working environment.

Duties/responsibilities:

Recording financial transactions Handling accounts payable Assist with profit and loss statements and balance sheets Maintaining company ledgers Handling supplier invoices by recording and approving or denying the payments Maintaining office/store supplies by keeping an inventory and ordering new supplies as needed Complying with regulation requirements as they pertain to the company's operations and financial activities Providing administrative and clerical support as needed Additional finance duties as designated by management

Requirements:

Ability to speak and read Mandarin is essential Ability to meet deadlines Good communication skills and attention to detail Able to work as part of a team. Professional experience with Xero and Excel Analyzing data and data Entry Skills Confidentiality Experience and knowledge of finance duties/responsibilities (3+ year) Accounting qualification (part qualified ACCA, degree or equivalent)
You must have eligibility to work in the UK.
