Your Role

As a Finance Assistant, you will support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Processing daily sales invoicing in line with warehouse confirmations and month-end deadlines Reviewing and processing credit note requests, distinguishing between ledger adjustments and stock movements Coordinating stock-related credit notes with the Supply Chain team Handling daily email communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Supporting the Finance Manager with ledger maintenance, credit control, and cash book postings Maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems and supporting ad-hoc finance tasks

Your Profile

You are a detail-oriented and reliable team player with a strong interest in finance and accounting.

Relevant experience in a similar finance or administrative role Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to meet strict deadlines, especially during month-end periods Good IT skills with a solid understanding of Maths and English Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a finance environment
