Position Overview: As part of the Operations and Finance team you will have day-to-day bookkeeping and credit control responsibilities. Your role will be important in ensuring that while we strive to deliver for clients innovative and fast changing events we also get paid on time. You will also help us manage our cash flow well and ensure we have accurate management accounts. You will also contribute to a positive office environment and be happy to take on various administration tasks as appropriate to support the project, account and technical teams. You will have contact with event managers, clients, vendors, and internal teams sharing a common aim to ensure smooth operations and exceptional event experiences. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping Credit control Processing purchase and sales invoices Reconciliation of expenses, petty cash, bank accounts and credit card statements General support and assistance to the team including office administrative duties Qualifications and Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented. Proficiency in using accounting software ideally Xero.
