Spratton Hall is an independent day school for children aged 4-13. Situated at the edge of the village of Spratton, seven miles north of Northampton, the school is surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside.

Underpinning our vibrant school is the need for sound financial management. Spratton Hall has carefully navigated significant changes in the sector and despite these challenges, still remains a growing and successful school, partly due to understanding it financial position. Spratton Hall has recognised it needs to grow its support functions to ensure this success continues and is now looking to appoint a full time Finance Assistant.

The holder of this post will be expected to run the financial accounts on a day-day basis working closely with the Assistant to the DFO and the DFO. Financial accounting experience is a must, and those part or fully qualified accountants are encouraged to apply, along with those with relevant experience. What matters is an ability to work with people across the school, including our customers, and an eye for detail.

In return we offer candidates the opportunity to work in a delightful setting, with free parking, breakfast and lunch during term time and 25 days of annual leave. The salary for the role is 35,000 per annum. Working hours are from 8.30am-5pm.
