Our journey
Evaro was founded in 2018 by Dr Thuria Wenbar, and Dr Oskar Wenbar after realising that 25% of Accident & Emergency (A&E) consultations and 40% of General Practice (GP) appointments focused on minor health conditions. Starting as an online service for e-Surgery and e-Pharmacy, Evaro has since expanded its offerings to support 13.5 million patients across NHS and private healthcare services in the UK.

Join us as a
Finance Assistant
, where you'll play a key role in supporting the finance function by processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the preparation of accounts to ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal processes.
You will work closely with our Finance Officer, Ivett Vass, reporting directly to her as the second member of the Finance team.
As a Finance Assistant at Evaro, you will:
Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and employee expenses
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve invoice or payment queries
Assist with month-end and year-end processes
Provide ad-hoc administrative and reporting support to the finance team
About you:
Entry-level or 1-2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role.
Experience using accounting software (Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) is advantageous.
Exposure to payroll administration and invoice processing is desirable.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
