Holiday Inn Nottingham are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Assistant to join our fast paced passionate team.

Working in a small team, the financial assistant will support the finance manager onsite with the day to day account.
What will I do?
Sales & Purchase ledger
Invoicing
Payroll & Hr
Reconciliation
Respond to and resolve account queries
Audits
Administration
Reporting
Management accounting
Adhoc accounts duties as and when required
Is this role for me?
Previous finance/accounts experience within the hotel industry would be ideal, however, not essential.
Would consider a graduate who had studied accountancy and seeking their first role.
Must be proficient with MS office, Excel to an advanced level
Sage 50 trained
Strong communication & organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail
A 'Can do' Attitude, confident and self-motivated.
Flexible to work hours suited for month end & payroll deadlines etc.
