Need to Know

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our growing support centre team in West Bridgford. Ideal start date February/March.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards change and the capability to adapt in a role where no two days are the same

The successful candidate must be organised, flexible and computer literate. Experience in a finance department would be an advantage and training would be given in the software systems used.

The main areas of the role include :

The accurate and routine recording and reconciliation of sales income Monitor outstanding debts and support credit control activities Bank reconciliations Processing of Supplier Invoices Ad Hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong understanding of the workings of an office Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills - to deal with customers and external contacts Good organisational skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Sage preferred.
