FPCR Environment and Design is an award winning multidisciplinary consultancy with a growing Accounts team and we are looking for someone to join us!
We have an opportunity for a Finance Assistantor Finance Administrator (depending on experience) to become part of our friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in a similar accounts position or has completed relevant financial studies. The relevant candidate will need the ability to pick up new systems quickly and is keen to make a positive contribution to our existing Accounts team.
Key Responsibilities :
Preparing and issuing sales invoices
Processing staff expense claims
Inputting of data into accounts software package
Inputting Purchase invoices
Collaborate with clients and colleague to resolve queries
Chasing overdue payments
Processing of BACS payments.
Assisting with month end duties
Desirable skills and experience:
Experience within a similar Accounts role
Relevant finance training or qualifications
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel & Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Flexibility and a can-do attitude
This is a full-time role, which will be predominantly office-based. Salary will be 24,500-28,500 per annum.
