This role:

We are looking for a fixed-term, full-time Finance Assistant to join our Accounts Payable team, based in Farringdon, London. MTVH implements a Smarter (Hybrid) Working policy which requires 3 days per week on-site.


Your main duties will include:

Ensuring that data is input onto the Purchase and General Ledgers accurately and on a timely basis, ensuring deadlines are met and service standards maintained. Ensuring all departmental records and documents are filed and maintained Answering calls and taking messages for colleagues Evaluate the Accounts payable system and liaise with your line mangers as to improving effectiveness

What you'll need to succeed:

Experience of working in an Accounts Payable or Receivables team Good numeracy skills Strong IT skills An eye for detail Team Player Excellent communication skills and telephone manner An affinity with the work of the social housing and care sector
