Finance Assistant (Payroll and Credit Control)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Finance Assistant

to join our office-based finance team. This dual-function role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has excellent organisational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

Manage the input and delivery of our monthly payroll Manage the Credit Control, collect payments and reduce aged debts Demonstrate high levels of expertise and attention to detail Deliver rigorous financial control processes.

You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

Process monthly payroll for up to 80 team members Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices Chase overdue payments Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts Run and reconcile weekly, monthly and year end reports
