The Elizabethan Academy is seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial running of our school.
As a Finance Assistant, you'll provide accurate and efficient financial administration, helping us maintain compliance and deliver high-quality services. From processing invoices to monitoring budgets, your work will directly support our students and staff.
What we're looking for:
We need someone organised, adaptable, and confident with numbers. While experience in finance or education is an advantage, it's not essential, we welcome applications from anyone with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn.
Our ideal candidate will:
Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately using finance systems
Monitor and reconcile petty cash and debit card transactions
Assist with banking and school fund accounts
Produce reports and spreadsheets to support decision-making
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
Maintain up-to-date filing and financial records
Uphold confidentiality and compliance at all times
