We are seeking to recruit a full-time Finance Assistant to join our experienced team.

Purpose:

Assist the Finance team across multiple Group companies.

?

Key responsibilities:

Sales ledger. Purchase ledger (inc. employee expenses) Bank postings and reconciliation Assist with annual audit Support the wider Finance team as required.

Person specification:

Knowledge and experience

Experience in using Microsoft Office software products including Word & Excel. Experience in undertaking elements of the key responsibilities.

Skills and abilities

Excellent numeracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to prioritise and manage own workload. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
?

Display self-motivation, drive and enthusiasm, Keen to get involved in new tasks. Takes pride in own work.
?

Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).

General responsibilities:
