All the details Reporting to the Payments Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing Trade Services Documentary Collections & payments processes within the wider team as required in a fast paced shared service environment where passion, creativity and excellence are key. Procure to Pay Documentary Collection knowledge is required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across business partner groups at all levels. You will have a strong analytical, audit and control ethic, strong technical abilities and good business insight. As well as having a keen eye for detail and team work, effective internal and external partner management will be key to this role. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do Your key accountabilities will include:

• To control the Documentary Collection process ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
• Resolving & raising queries with suppliers, regional offices, and merchandisers
• Ensuring that suppliers submit their documents to enable goods to be released on arrival at the ports.
• Attending calls with our Bangladesh regional office, Logistics departments & shipping agents.
• Payments processes

Who you are Your skills and experience will include:

• Has knowledge and experience of the end to end Purchase to Pay process within a shared service environment
• Drives and embeds innovative reporting solutions which deliver measurable improvements in business performance
• Can analyse and interpret reporting from SAP
• Excel
• Banking platforms
• Implement the BSC Business Strategy model and plan to drive the business objective
• Knowledge of SAP
• Implements and embeds role specific system improvements
• Can operate within the relevant financial guidelines and legislation and understand risk to the business of non-compliance
